Anita Leal, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over 7 years of experience providing patient-centered, evidence-based care. She specializes in family and acute care, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Anita earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University and completed advanced clinical training through the University of Pennsylvania, where she developed a strong interest in family medicine and gerontology. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

With experience in both outpatient clinics and hospital settings, Anita is known for her empathetic approach and clear communication. She is dedicated to continuous learning and providing accessible, high-quality care to diverse patient communities.

Muhammad Farhan, MSN, FNP-C

Muhammad Farhan, MSN, FNP-C is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in nursing and advanced clinical care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2011 and began his career in medical-surgical units, emergency departments, and intensive care settings.

In 2017, Muhammad completed his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Detroit Mercy, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After relocating to Houston, Texas, he has provided compassionate care in both inpatient and outpatient environments.

With a patient-centered approach, Muhammad focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, and holistic wellness. He is committed to delivering accessible, high-quality medical care and supporting the long-term health of the Houston community.

Abdul Khan, MD

Abdul Khan, MD is a highly experienced neurologist with over 20 years of clinical leadership and medical practice. He completed his medical education at Mymensingh Medical College, Bangladesh, and later earned a Master of Public Health from Tulane University in New Orleans. Dr. Khan completed his Internal Medicine internship at Queens Hospital Center in New York and his Neurology residency at Kansas University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Khan has held senior roles across respected institutions, including Texoma Neurology Associates, Ochsner Medical Center in Baton Rouge, where he served as Department Head of Neurology, and UTMB Health – Clear Lake Campus. He is known for his clinical expertise, leadership, and dedication to community-focused care.

In addition to clinical work, Dr. Khan founded the Bangladesh Medical Association of North America (BMANA–Louisiana) and has served as a visiting professor in Bangladesh, contributing to postgraduate medical education.

Dr. Muhammod Amjad Ahmad, MD

Muhammod Amjad Ahmad, MD is an experienced physician specializing in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, with over 24 years of clinical experience. Based in Houston, Texas, Dr. Ahmad earned his medical degree in 2001 and has dedicated his career to helping patients manage complex pain conditions through evidence-based care.

Dr. Ahmad’s areas of expertise include acute pain, chronic pain, and cancer-related pain, with a clinical approach focused on improving function, comfort, and quality of life. He is affiliated with Saint Joseph Hospital and has extensive experience treating patients with diverse pain management needs.
